All Garments are made of Yarns and there is a lot that depends on the quality of Yarn used on the look, shine, durability and feel of the garment.
We only manufacture from the Super Combed Yarns from the largest and most modern spinning mills in India.
Stitching:
A perfectly stitched garment enhances the personality of the wearer.
We have over 60 sewing and stitching machines. The overlock and Flat lock machines are from Italy, Japan and Korea.
We have the following Installed Machines:

- 20 Lock Stitch Machines
- 03 Cutting Machines
- 02 Binding Cutting Machines
- 04 Steam Iron Vacuum Tables and Boiler
- 01 Feed up the Arm Machine
- Back Up Power Generator: 25 KVA + 10 KVA
Our Factory is in 6000 Square Feet Area in between 3 Floors which gives us enough space to store Raw Material and Finished Goods as well.
Knitting:
Knitting plays a key role to this business. The result, quality and the nature of the product is determined based on the knitting machines.
We have Six Circular knitting Machines installed in Global Knits, Faridabad with the details as under:
- 32 Dia X 18 Gg. Rib Cum 8 Lock machine - 60 Feeder - PAILUNG, TAIWAN.
- 30 Dia X 18 Gg. Rib Cum 8 Lock machine - 60 Feeder - PAILUNG, TAIWAN.
- 30 Dia X 24 Gg. Single Jersey - 90 Feeder with Additional 14 gg. Cylinder - PAILUNG TAIWAN.
- 26 Dia X 24 Gg. Single Jersey - 104 Feeder with Additional 20 Gg. Extra Cylinder - MONARCH, USA.
- 30 Dia X 24 Gg. Interlock- 108 Feeder - MONARCH, USA.
- 30 Dia X 28 Gg. Single Jersey with All feeder Lycra Attachment - 90 feeder with Additional 24 gg. Extra Cyclinder - WELLKNIT, TAIWAN.
3 Flat Knit Fully Computerized 14 Gg. 52" Bed Size - JAILEY, TAIWAN.
We can make the following fabrics:
Jersey, Rib, Pique, Two Thread Fleece, Honey Comb, Ottoman, Interlock, Fleece, Semi Jacquard, Full Jacquard, Engineering Stripe etc. Flat Knitting Machines for plain Collars, Semi Jacquard and full jacquard.
Processing:
Dyeing is done only at the approved dye houses that meet the International Standards.
Shrinkage Control:
Compacting all fabrics for shrinkage control results in retaining the garments shape and look.
Lab and Quality Control:
All Dye lots are sent to lab for Approval of the quality standards and only after the lot has passed the results are the lots cut. Though the processing houses have their own Processing labs we too keep a cross check of each lot so that even by mistake we do not cut fabric to make poor quality garment.
Sampling:
We have a separate sampling division with most talented and versatile sampling Tailors and Pattern Master headed by are merchandising department.
Cutting Room:
Cutting is the utmost important factor for the right fit and shape of the garment. Our Cutting room houses 3 Eastman Cutting Machines and one hand held cutting machine for precision.
Finishing:
We have four Steam Iron Vaccum Tables and most Modren washing facilities to handle upto 2000 garments a day.
Checking:
Each Finished Garment is subjected to Checking by skilled supervisors and even the smallest defect is not overlooked.
Packing:
The Garments which pass through the thorough Quality Check are only Packed in the way and manner as desired by the buyer.
